People-First Leadership for Ward 4
Kate Doyle is running for Moncton City Council to bring evidence-based decision-making and community voices to the table.
Focused on listening, collaboration, and practical solutions that improve everyday life.
People-first • Evidence-led • Community-driven
I have deep roots in Moncton. I’ve lived near the city centre for almost twenty years, built my career here, and I’m raising my family here. I’ve invested my time and energy in the community I love — not as a hobby, but as a way of life.
Through my work across the non-profit, health, and arts and culture sectors, I’ve seen how municipal decisions shape real lives — sometimes in powerful ways, and sometimes in ways that miss the mark. I’ve also seen how much stronger decisions are when they’re rooted in evidence, transparency, and genuine community input.
I’m running because Moncton deserves leadership that listens deeply, asks hard questions, and explains decisions clearly — leadership that keeps people at the centre of every choice City Council makes.
